Please note, the field titled “Projected % increase in footfall” refers to the number of times you feel you could promote new services (cross-sell) to clients rather than increasing your prices to increase fees. Of all the data that affects net income, changes in this area will have the greatest impact.
**What we mean by "footfall"
If you presently prepare accounts once a year, and that's all you undertake for a client, and then cross-sell quarterly accounts and a review, instead of one fee-paying visit a year you now have five service provisions (Four quarterly reviews plus annual accounts and tax returns). This means your client's footfall has increased by up to 500%. The figure you should enter in our calculator is the average, practice-wide increase you think you could achieve in the coming year. This footfall adjustment can have a dramatic effect on profits.
